Yes, much better to call for the murder of people who had the audacity to speak than to use "inhumane" language.
And here we have the contrast between vile atheists who delight in promulgating their evil, evil ways through the use of indelicate language (you fiends!)
vs.
hundreds of thousands of ignorant thugs who would dearly love to maim, torture and kill anyone who says something negative about their dearly loved prophet of doom (may he roast in Hell while being basted in pig fat).

Yes, there are plenty of moderate Muslims in the world. Maybe even the majority are.
But until they begin to step up and speak against these extremists, they aren't doing the PR of Islam any good, are they?
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
