"The most profound and most genuine sense of true humility is a much more awe-inspiring feeling than the emotion of any kind of "pride" can ever take you, in my current opinion. True humility doesn't have to be merely an absence of pride and it doesn't have to have a presence of self-criticism, it can be a sense of self-respect for the fact that you do not pretend to know things that you do not know and also you significantly accept your faults. It is very closely connected to gratitude and, also, it itself is something to be grateful for as something that the world has sent through life to your experience; such experience has been given to you as a gift by life, whether life is a personal or impersonal "gift-giver", if you like, or not."
