Being timeless grants the possibilities of timelessness. Yes.

I repeat: this brings me back to the original question. Why doesn't god just choose to view the whole experience before it happens, then skip the charade and go straight to the afterlife?

You tell me. I mean... Present a logical argument why he should. What we have is reality. Unless you can present a plausible alternative that we should spend any time on. I don't see any objections from you.

I'm trying to make your argument for you, and you keep coming back with this question. If you follow the Judaic heritage, God already made angels, and then animals. One being already with him, and one never with him. Then he made humans to bridge the divide.

So if this guess is correct, your objection to circumventing reality already happened.

Because at the point that he has knowledge of our choices, making those choices becomes superfluous, so there must be a reason that he continued with something that is unnecessary, no?

(BTW, "I don't know" is a perfectly acceptable answer.)

Like I keep saying... the answers to the choices are only known to him. Not to you, the person making the choice. The choice is not his to make. You, his creation, must act as you are programmed.

Humans in Gods program move towards loving him. He could create beings that already love him. But then how would that be real love?

So he's like a needy girlfriend!

"I JUST WANT YOU TO LOVE ME"

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

I'll take that as "I don't know." Tongue

If you consider my lack of patience to deal with non-answers to be a sad reflection, then yes.
