[sigh]
1) Your religious views say "christian" instead of "agnostic"
2) I hope this isn't going to be another "people were demanding evidence and/or refuting my suppositions so I feel UNLOVED!" sort of turns of conversation.
3) Most of us don't hold much truck with "what if" sorts of conversation unless it's more interesting than what you propose, which, btw, was a bunch of meandering and confused sentences. You say "creator, but not". And "God-like" but don't describe what God-like is except that it's something that "comes before." You can see how this isn't helping communication.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Her quote was also presented as the subtext of christian commentary, if you'd bothered to read the whole post. It's good that you're so upfront about not bothering to be in possession of all the facts before you say things though; makes it so much easier to add that grain of salt to every post of yours I have to read.

There is no bottom. It's turtles all the way, to inifinity and beyond.
That's what the turtles want you to think.

people that make conclusions based on gaps seems silly to me. Why do I have to claim a "body rose" before I can understand? I understand all the other stuff, but basing the bottom line faith statements on "gaps" or "blind faith" puts the religion on a base of sand. It is the apple.
I learnt that view from Jesus and the Bible. They both speak to basing a faith on what you do know to me. They both speak to the notions of literal religions as bad.

And how are subjective, personally interpreted religions any better? Talk about a foundation of sand. It's more like a foundation built on a vacuum.

OK, you may be right.
It's more like built on a foundation of bullshit. Squishier than sand, but certainly more substantial (and smellier) than a vacuum.
