Important points or... the points you wish to address. Don't try and claim false authority Ray. You have none.
The Fall. Yes, Judaism interprets the story that Christianity mirrors. There is no subsequent modifications to that in the NT.
The Trinity
I've already explained this. What Islam/ Mohammed rejects isn't even based on the ideas presented. The Christian God is still the Judaic God 100%, where Allah is no where near. Yes, to the ignorant, you can divide the two as trinitarian and non trinitarian. But that would be to obscure the truth. You may be following the author of deception (Allah) and be being a good Muslim there.
Do you know that God could not be the three in one as described in Christianity? If so on what basis are you objecting?
Paul changed nothing, but followed the words of Christ himself, who clearly asserted his divinity. Jesus taught his followers to keep the law. He also told them that he was the only way. Ehrman is hardly the theologian. Merely someone looking to interpret his own way.
Look to a Jewish source if you want to see the truth about how they view the Islamic corruption. Converts from Judaism to Christianity have no transitional issues regarding God. Jesus is reaffirming their faith after all.
Islam, on the other hand, draws from many other sources before and during its cross pollination with Judaism. What remains is unrecognisable to Jews and Christians. I don't know why Muslims feel the need to chase our approval. maybe it's because there is little to respect without it.
Your failure to address the other points are noted.
