I am hispanic and spanish is my second language since I was born and raised in New York in the U.S.A It helps me to even understand latin since there are so many similarities.
There is nothing people will not maintain when they are slaves to superstition

Thats cool, I'd love to be able to speak latin, but I just don't see it as a big enough priority to do a whole course on it. Too much time and energy. But I would really like to.

I took latin in high school to finish off a credit I needed to pass from one grade to another.
There is nothing people will not maintain when they are slaves to superstition

Maybe you can teach me some in your spare time Wink
I used an 'automatic' translator and I wanted to know the translation for 'master' So I could rename my master account on my computer to the latin for master...
There was 'Dominus' And 'Domino' for translations, but I found them too obvious. There was also 'Erus' so I'm using that... apparently it means Master/Owner...you wouldn't happen to know if this is correct would you? Does Erus really mean that?
