No, Finsbury park mosque incident was a long time ago, I want to know here I can go now if I want Imams of hate, which mosque? And moreover, what Abu Hamza did was vile, he was inciting hatred

Have you been there recently?

Do you know for sure it is all good now?

In my experience every Muslim I encountered were moderates. I blame the corporate news outlets for the skewed picture.
I'm a "wahhabi", you do realize that? The political circle (particularly in the US) call a "wahhabi" anyone who takes the Qur'an literally. In fact, one of the Muslims scholars that teaches me went to a US state department conference where he asked a state department official what they mean when they say the word "wahhabi", and the response from the official? "Anyone who has a literal understanding of the Qur'an". To say I am analogous to a Christian abortion clinic bomber is off the mark, that's just not true.

*Rayaan comes to mind*

Yeah, not all muslims are fundamentalists, religion, most of the time has been very worn... as a political tool.

Why don't you go down there yourself and see? I'm being serious, go take a look.

I meant the same ultra-conservative (I think they call themselves "literalists") that bomb abortion clinics, I should've specified as such.

It matters, insofar that they (the ultra-conservaties) are too cowardly to live up to their own hateful rhetoric and just accost and try to convince others to impart their hate in the form of bombing abortion clinics. You seem to be a coward, good - as long as you aren't preaching hate and the bombing of abortion clinics, I don't mind what you say.

Are you propounding a negative connotation onto not being violent...?

Quite the opposite. You know where you have cowards and what to expect of them.

You're the one who wants to visit mosques!

I visit as few religious buildings as I can.
I have never had a good time in one.

But this is part of the problem. You don't want to set foot in a mosque but you're more than happy arguing that mosques are bastions of hate? Thinking

So, "wahhabi" means "shithead" in arabic? A potentially useful bit of knowledge. Thanks for that...if nothing else.
