I have seen worse in Afghanistan and Iraq in person. The smell and images are burned into my memories. It is horrible what people do to each other due to different beliefs.

I am not a reporter. I am a IT professional (Network Engineer) for the US Government. Also, I am a former US Army Soldier. I have many deployments to the Middle East. I am currently deployed in the Middle East.
