I do not use "health wishes" as a response because I understand people have allergies.

I have allergies.

I sneeze often but it never gets better, so I just say "excuse you".

Almost everyone I know is a theist of some sort so I usually just say bless you as silently as I can, or Are you ok? I don't know, it's more of a tradition/language thing than a religious thing.

I'm with Esquilax. The religious connotations of "Bless you" doesn't bother me so much as WHY ARE YOU BLESSING ME FOR SNEEZING IT'S JUST A FUCKING SNEEZE, I DON'T NEED DIVINE PROTECTION!

I like that in languages like German, Spanish, and French, the response to a sneeze is a statement of good health. I almost never say bless you and prefer to say either gesundheit or salud.

I say "à tes souhaits", French for "your wishes" (I've never heard of anyone using "santé") from time to time. Or I will say "gesundheit".
I don't know why, but I'd feel kind of rude if I don't say anything at all. Dunno
