The Fox/1968. Based on the DH Lawrence novella. Interesting and timely based on the conversations about masculinity.

Watched one from 2007 last night on Hulu. Action/Sci Fi called "Next" starring Nicholas Cage.
Main character can see into the future but (mostly) only a couple of minutes. We quite enjoyed it.
Where are we going and why am I in this hand basket?

Dark Knight Rises
Plot:
After seemingly giving up being the Dark Knight after taking the fall for the Death of Harvey Dent, Bruce Wayne is going all Howard Hughes on everyone and staying out of the way. During this time Bane shows up, and starts messing up the place. He comes out of self imposed exile to become Batman one more time.
Thoughts:
I've seen this loads of times before, but it's also the last movie I watched so here I am. Overall, I really enjoy this movie: The visuals, the music, the base of the story. Is it stupid in some places? Yes. Is it as good as the other 2 Dark Knight movies, maybe, but Dark Knight takes the winner for the trilogy of course and "begins" is overlooked I feel. Despite the crazy voices on show and seemingly impossible feats (I mean, how did he get out of that hole in whatever country that is, and then get back INTO a walled off Gotham, with no money and about 12 hours until the nuke goes off?), there is still so much to enjoy and when compared with some more recent "meh" movies in the superhero genre this is still pretty good.
I'll be back with more thoughts on other movies as I watch them
