I think I said this before, but if you're not going to take care of prisoners, what are you putting them in cages for? Maybe that's why cops are shooting people in the streets. They don't want to be responsible for taking care of people after they lock them up.

I'm sure the cop was terrified of that very possibility.  Why he was so scared he turned off his camera.

It seems to me that the biggest problem we have is that too many cops are just pussies.
