This just seems like an unfortunate situation where both parties made mistakes. Like a mistake that could happen even if we had the best police force in the world. Makes it hard to trust anything you say min. You're way too biased.

And he did call for medical attention, and the cops sound like they did what they thought was best. They stopped a woman who ran a red light. woman took a risk because she was concerned for a loved one, cops did their job as professionally as possible, and an unfortunate death occurred.

Gee...if only he'd put on his lights and said "follow me" the poor guy wouldn't have laid on the ground gasping until the EMT's arrived.

Still, although not effective he did call for help...which is more than these two motherfuckers in blue did.
