Clearly it's easier if you just ignore Gen's points...

He's saying "oh no it isn't"
His points are already dealt with, and he can't be bothered to support them. I can do my own research, that's fine. RE: Christianity, Divisions, Fear Manipulation, and Post Modernist Theories

The questions were already answered. The unanswered question received a "go look it up yourself" thus ending the conversation.

All your arguments regarding compatibility of Christianity and Capitalism were answered. Your demand for providing you with historical information met with "go look it up yourself". Quote:The Romans were convinced by the early popes that Christianity was the ideal way to control people. Actually, Frods, I think you have it slightly backwards. Hollywood horseshit aside xtianity spread through Western Europe after the collapse of the empire by converting kings - not peasants. They didn't care how many people a little murdering shit like Clovis drew and quartered as long as he agreed to be baptized. Once the king converted no one else had a choice in the matter. This was how the Roman empire pacified lands. The local nobility was essentially bribed with offers of Roman citizenship and inclusion into the Roman imperial system. It worked for the Romans and it worked for the fucking xtians. To our detriment. RE: Christianity, Divisions, Fear Manipulation, and Post Modernist Theories
