Nobody mentioned banning you. Yet. Insulting the staff over the application of the rules isn't exactly helping your case, you know. Play the poor "pity me" martyr card all you like; it cuts no ice with me.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
nah i aint feeling bad for myself, i can admit that i don't know whether a god or gods exist, i feel bad for you.

I have no belief in gods because there is no evidence of their existence. That does not dictate that I have a particular belief about anything else. You are conflating multiple concepts.

Well in that case, I don't give a shit. Thanks all the same.

yes I have maybe not worded what I was trying to say very well,
a belief should be conclusion based, tested and proven. to dismiss an idea before it is tested is not smart, now if you were to say "I do not believe in a god or gods because mankind does not yet have the sophistication to test or know such things" you'd be a little closer to having an open mind. but you are using the word belief here. that carries something stronger, even if it is used in the negative 'do not belief' it is a belief and you have not yet done the tests to have such a stance in that subject. dogmatic. |
