How come youtube does not pull those movies that i think are illegal to view? There are some movies like "The Wolverine" I don't think it has even come out yet but it is supposed to be full movie.

They rely somewhat on people reporting the videos for them. Some stuff is easy for them to see is copyrighted but others need people to report them.
Because implementing an automated system that may make mistakes in missing or being over zealous puts Youtube at risk of losing DMCA safe harbor status.
The only way to win is place the responsibility for detecting and renoving infringement in the hands of the copyright owners. Slave to the Patriarchy no more
