Help me with a publishing project

I've been in the education business here in Korea for the last 14 years. I've owned and run a school, trained for Samsung, done hiring interviews for Hyundai Mobis, and done all kinds of things involving the homestay business.

Now, I'm looking at publishing, but I'm a little bit of a dinosaur, so I wanted to appeal to you guys for ideas about how to put together a good team. Where/how would you go about looking for:
-learning psychologists
-graphic designers
-Business admin/marketing people

Right now, I'm thinking of advertising at universities, or even of approaching university publishers for a collaboration. I'm also aware that Facebook is big, but I'm not sure how to go about attracting the right kind of people.

Any advice or ideas? (or interest?)

What do you want to do with "learning psychologists, graphic designers, Business admin/marketing people"? Or what do you want them to do?
And how many do you need of each?
