I can't begin to tell you how many personal records this represents.
You all should be proud, too, as none of this would be possible without you.
I am calling Guinness World Records, pronto.
Me: *calling GWR*
Susan: *connected* Hello, this is Guinness World Records, Susan speaking.
Me: Hi Susan, I am calling to claim a world record.
Susan: Sure! I am going to transfer you to our registration department, so, stay on the line, OK? Thanks.
Me: Thanks. *waiting, ambient music begins to play*
Billy: *connected* Hello, Guinness World Records, registration, Billy speaking. How can I help you?
Me: Hi Billy, I would like to claim a world record.
Billy: Alright... and...
*keyboard typing*
what is the world record you will be attempting?
Me: My good buddy Stimbo has achieved a 1000 posts thread within 7 weeks without flaming.
Billy: Uh. I'm sorry, did you say 1000 posts thread? Like an internet forum?
Me: Yes, the atheist forum. Organization, not commercial.
Billy: OK... sir, I have some bad news for you.
Me: What?
Billy: We here at Guinness World Records don't exactly keep records of trivial internet-related feats, much less a thread getting 1000 posts within 7 weeks and no flame wars.
Me: Why not?
Billy: Because! Reddit master race! *slams phone*
Me: Fucking trolls. *slams phone*
