Well, Kitty and I were supposed to be on a bus from PV to Barra de Navidad right now, but when we got to the bus station, we learned that the storms over the last couple of days washed out a bridge between here and there.
They wanted to reroute us via Guadalajara, which would be a bit like going from Boston to NYC via Cleveland. Considering they couldn't even guarantee that we could get to our destination, we canceled that leg of our trip and are staying in Vallarta another week. Shucks, I guess. It'll give me another chance to dive.  The only other way to make the trip was to fly from PV to Manzanillo and then take a very long, expensive taxi ride to Barra. Travel in the developing world: expect the unexpected.
Sounds like some first world problems in the second world...
I just got my metallic silly putty in the mail and it is a trip. Got some ferro-fluid on the way also.

Gotta watch John Oliver tonight and walk the kitties (if they'll go out, they've been weirdly not excited to go outside lately. Maybe it's too cold?) and never think about these stupid building plans EVER AGAIN!!!! Until tomorrow. BTW, the only acceptable angles to build in a hospital are 90 and 45 degrees. WTF is up with 55 degree walls? 40 degree walls? 10 degree walls? I'm surprised I have hair left on my head after doing the drawings I did today.
