Just finished one of my best naan flatbread pizzas yet. BBQ pulled pork rib. Crock potted the pork ribs in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with a little molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bourbon and red onion. Added water to cover and let them go until the sauce cooked down to a little thicker than the original and the meat was falling off the bones. Used the sauce on the pizza, sprinkled on some shredded smoked Gouda, topped with the pork rib meat, caramelized onion and mushrooms, some pineapple and more Gouda. 450 degree oven until the cheese was bubbling and just starting to brown at the edges.

Now I'm so stuffed my stomach hurts. Smile

That was so descriptive that you had my mouth watering. Dammit. Good thing I can cook without a recipe. Now that you've listed all the ingredients, I'm pretty sure it won't be too hard to duplicate Smile

Tired. The basement is almost empty. You would think throwing things out and giving them away would be easy, but it's hard physical labor and involves carrying boxes.
