Nice work!
It seems like this "personal experience" thing lies at the heart of quite a lot of beliefs. I imagine since it gives people the validation they want, it's scary for them to analyse it properly.

I have never experienced a hang over this bad. I think I'm gonna die. I haven't gotten out of bed all day, or eaten anything either. I'm dyyyyyyiiiiinnnggggg.

Oh, then you'll be happy to hear that my mead is starting at an original gravity of 1.090, which predicts 11.81% alcohol by volume, if the yeast does it's thing.

Good luck with that, I'll only end up with a 1/6 BBL of nut brown, and a bit less than a 1/6 BBL of mead.
Besides, have you priced out shipping a keg from Portland to wherever-the-fuck-it-is-you-live?
