Listening to New Order and Joy Divisionon on Spotify. Reading on LAFC's new stadium plans near the USC/Expo light rail stop, and Minnesota United possibly being bumped up to '17 since LAFC is delayed now to '18. Hoping all this expansion news isn't in the end a recreation of what led to the 1st NASL's demise.

Sitting a few rows behind home plate as the Charlotte Knights (White Sox AAA) take on the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Yankees AAA). Game number 4 on the season for me. The start was delayed an hour (to 7:35), but it's going quickly. Both pitchers are hitting 95; the Yankees guy Bryan Mitchell flashes 97 and has 5 Ks through 3 innings.

Yeah... I totally went to bed at 7:30. I didn't need booze to feel like I'd been hit by a truck this morning.

Good - I was talking with a coworker today and she said that her husband's restaurant took a hit yesterday because he was "inside" the loop we were running around and his usual Sunday customers couldn't get to him.
Kinda made me feel bad. I need to stop by his place Friday to make up for it.
It was great weather - last year I walked it with my mom and it started pouring rain at mile 11.

Woke up late and just had my morning coffee and a sandwich, checked the highlights from the Rangers-Lightning game on YT and read the forum for a while. Having a lot of free time at the moment since I don't study actively and only work a couple of days per week. Looking forward to have long jog today and while doing that, listening to Andrew Roberts' audio book biography about Napoleon from my ipod. Fascinating stuff!
