It's not the calories, it's the carbs, the others say.
It's not what you eat, it's how you use it...
Gain weight by gaining muscle, not fat. work out!
But if you want fat, just starve for a day, then eat a lot.
I am working out! I just posted an absolutely fucking boring epic tale of my visit to the pool!
Now excuse me, I need to go curl up in a neat little ball and fall asleep like a baby alligator Bah... swimming pool! A ladies sport!
Lift some weights, work your core muscles, run a bit to work those leg muscles.

Years ago I used to run marathons and half marathons.
Not as fit as I used to be, now, though.

Same
A lot of times when I run now I get heart pains after a few minutes, I'm a bit depressed about it. I'm 21, this is not normal.
I'm not seriously worried because I got checked over by a doctor and it stops when I stop running, but I want to know what it is and why.

I wheeled 5K's back in my childhood. Fun to look back on, but I never really was part of the fitness culture. Maybe if I had the web back then...

I got so into it for a short while when I was like 17/18. I was trying to raise money for my trip to Asia so I ran a half-marathon and some 15ks, I really miss being able to run far.
I think it's partly because I took up smoking at uni, and it fucked my lungs up. I have quit so my lungs are recovering now, but still not what they were.

Good on ya for quitting, YL. That's a deal breaker for me. Smoking is groady.
I mowed while it rained. I was shirtless and glistening and I was in my fenced in back yard so no one could see. Shame. That new lawn mower blade "The Gator" was a beast! Never bogged down once, even when it was raining.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
