Far from it. Far, far from it. Many people wind up attracted to people who are bad for them. You should see the string of disastrous relationships I found myself in, over and over, culminating with my first marriage. I had to change what I was looking for in the opposite sex before I had any real success at relationships.

Made a trip to the mountains today. Went up just looking for things to shoot (camera) and got a surprise. The road to Mt. Evans (North America's highest paved road) was open after the CDOT website updated the status to "closed" after the labor day weekend. So, I got to drive to the top of a 14'er today.

Kitty must have just wanted some attention. He's fine now (IOW, not bothering me). I'm just a little puzzled why he was on DefCon 5 for the relatively minor issues I nevertheless addressed.
He's the 'low maintenance' cat of the 2. Pretty unusual. I was getting the 'THE CAT FEEDER HAS BEEN EMPTY FOR 3 DAYS !!' treatment, and there wasn't a looming crisis of any magnitude at all.
Maybe he's anticipating a problem . . . .

So I went to see Florence & The Machine on yesterday.
We were kinda sitting way up in the nosebleeds, but she still gave me everything I ordered. Her energy on stage was everything, her hair flips gave me life, her vocals were on point. I really liked the support band too, they had some really cute songs.
