About to go on a Michael's run (thanks to my sister chauffeuring me today) because I'm out of lobster claw clasps. I made a special rainbow line to wear and take to Pride with me tomorrow, but I need clasps or what's the point?

Just got into NSB after an 11 hour drive.
Resting for a bit and then 2 more hours to PSL. Then wedding festivities begin. Golf, booze, more friends, and I might have to go into a church... I'll let you know if I'm a Christian afterwards.

Getting ready for a trip to visit my mother and step-father who is has Alzheimer's and is rapidly declining. He talks about visiting us again often but may not recognize me. My daughter is meeting me there on her midterm break. We'll help Mom pack and reduce her belonging (she will have to put the house on the market in a year or so), visit the possible care center with her, and babysit my step father so she can get out. Not exactly fun, but I'm still looking forward to seeing child and mother. And I'd like to see step father one more time while he still knows it's me. I'll see him again after, but. . .
In the meantime I'm trying to make meals as easy as possible for my youngest daughter and husband while I'm gone. The big plus is the youngest can drive now.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
