So I went to visit my grandmother earlier, who lives in the ghetto. Now I'm not that easily shook even in this neighbourhood, having spent lots of time there growing up. We went for a walk around the neighbourhood, and as we look into this construction yard we see this man throwing things on a fire. Seems innocent, but naturally it caught our attention. Until...
"Don't look in here! Fuck off!"
"Don't look in here"??? Bitch what have you got in there that you don't want people seeing? A dead body? A bomb? I half wanted to call the police to come and investigate but I'm worried he'd put 2+2 together and hurt my grandmother, who lives on the same road and is very easily recognisable as the only white woman. This guy looked like a violent freak, it was intimidating.

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie

I have Andy Dalton in the AF.org league, and am playing against him in my big boy league. I hate this.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Had enough for today. Good Noctec!

every computer is crapping out on me. Either won't connect to the Internet so I can download the latest iTunes to restore my apps and stuff to my new phone or has kicked me out of sites that require logins (HBOgo and AMC) which has me sad because walking dead is tonight and if I can't login I can't watch it tomorrow streaming!
