Hope you feel better, CD. Maybe a cloudy, cool day in bed is a good thing? Or can that be a self tightening screw?

Food does it for me. Comfort food for me. It is a mild, rainy day here in Middle TN. I was feeling the same, so I went to my favorite hole in the wall for brekky, got a ridiculously unhealthy bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and felt a little bit more prepared to tackle the day. Which starts at 8am and doesn't end till 9pm.
But I get my first day off in nearly a month tomorrow!!! Seriously, I've worked every day since October 10th...

It's not mine, or theirs, it's a third party's.
My dad owns industrial property and has been leasing out the main bay of his building for the past several years. His current tenants are on their way out (of his building, and of their business) and my dad was approached by someone to lease the space for a grow operation (it's looking like it'll be the largest grow operation in the city!). My parents wouldn't be involved in the business itself, they would be the landlords.
The last I heard was that they had the building inspected for power requirements (passed not just with flying colors but rainbows bursting from every power outlet), the tenants have to go through some approvals with the city to set up the recreational grow going, but as soon as the current tenants finish their auction and move out the medical grow can begin.
