A roux is great advice to thicken a stew gravy.

Reminds me I need to make some Jambalaya.

I am now packing and making a list lest I forget a laptop cord or something. I will leave at my leisure tomorrow, drive at my leisure, and hope people aren't travelling on Christmas Eve. Atlanta could be a massive fucksnot.
