I have a masters degree and a PhD in theoretical physics and some pre degree in pure maths, and by far the most horrifying exam I ever faced was my drivers test. I was so nervous I backed into a street on the wrong side of the road. The government guy administering the test showed mercy and let me have a doover.

Thanks, the worst part was that i had 20 lessons at one driving school and failed.I decided to go to another driving school where they taught me everything from scratch because it seems the previous one left out a ton of information that i should have known (mostly to do with observations)

The most horrible today was when the instructor told me to turn right and then changed his mind at the robot. He told a truck in the left hand lane to wait so i could turn left at the robot, i had trouble driving of because it was a steep incline and i almost rolled backwards (the car also went dead once, so the cars behind me and the truck had to wait almost a minute for the next green light)

So glad it's over, never again.Now i only have to turn in paperwork every 5 or so years to renew my license.

I once assisted the anaesthesiologist during a 3-4 hour operation. They took a part of some poor guy's intestine and constructed a bladder out of it. Or was it the other way around? Anyway, the surgeons had the radio on at times which I found confusing and a bit disturbing, but somewhat understandable. Do you have music during 4 hour surgeries?

When I had surgery back in 2014, my doctor had flowers delivered to my room.
