A lucid dream, by definition, is a dream where the dreamer knows s/he is dreaming and may or may not be able to control some or all aspects of the dream. When I had lucid dreams I knew I was dreaming and I could control my own actions but I had no control over the fact that my dreams were always repeats of horrible things that really happened in my past. It was reliving horrible memories except it felt so real. It was awful. Haven't had a dream like that in several months, thankfully. Now it's usually just random weird normal dreams. Half the time I don't even remember, and it's wonderful.

Sounds more like vivid dreams to me, rather than lucid.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

One thing that irritates me with Valentine's are the girls who come with this "oh I don't need Valentine's Day to tell me when to celebrate my love!"

We didn't celebrate valentine's day, however, my fiancee and the boys bought me a dozen roses yesterday

That's why anniversaries exist - and they tend to be more convenient to celebrate than Valentines - you know, that day when every other couple on the planet is fighting with you for the last 8pm reservation at that fancy restaurant.

This is fantastic. I installed a little app on my phone that promised to hide unnecessary notifications and keep my alert bar clean and tidy. So far it's notified me to let me know it's prevented two notifications.
