Been home for half an hour. A friend at school graduated this evening. She made it and I'm so proud of her! Debating on whether or not I want to go lay in bed or stay up and do nothing.

I'd love to be anywhere but here. As long as I could take my kids with me, I'm game to try another country. 

The family courts tend to frown on things like that though. So here I stay.

Just find a nice "no extradition" country with beaches.

I finally finished with the hoops I've had to jump through (not my preferred hooping method) for my new job. After four interviews and two sessions with my group, they finally hired me and told me I had to get: state and federal fingerprints and background check, full physical, drug test, and the humdinger: a commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement, neither of which I'll ever use and after I failed three of the four written tests I had to take (three effing days at the effing DMV), I finally passed them all today. I get a three-day weekend, then start training at the new job on Monday.

It's been almost eight years since I've gone to a J-O-B. I've owned my own business, volunteered a ton, worked very part time from home, traveled, and had a crap-ton of fun... well... all except for the last, very shitty, year. I'm so excited and so nervous! I hope I can do this!

Now that I'm done with all of it, I'm relaxing. I wish I had ten bucks for a sixer. Luckily, my mom sent my paycheck early this month (yes, I work for her), so I'll have enough cash to take the bus to work on Monday.

My brick coated heart is doing this thing that people call "feels", like moving a bit and stuff. I really hate it when people call the movement of the heart organ "feels", but I don't know the word to use, so I had to reference it. 

I found someone I hadn't seen in a while! I'm sooooo happeh! She's awesome, and funny, and awesome... and now we're back in touch

Speaking of cement. Today driving to work, I overtook one of them concrete pumping trucks. I pissed myself laughing when I saw the manufactrurers name.
Might be German.... it was (in big proud letters) PUTZMEISTER.

I immediately smiled and thought about posting here about how it will suit our fav theist posters! Then I realised that nothing concrete has ever come our of their mouth!
So I couldn't even make a joke of it ...
