Just found out that the tenant I just evicted got fired for being drunk at work (he drives a forklift at the plant).
Now I'm just waiting for him to show up at my house to do something stupid. Fuck, and I need to sleep.

He bonded out of jail after his DUI for $5500, and he barely has a dollar to his name. He doesn't have a lawyer for his arraignment coming up, so unless he uses a public defender that's going to cost him. He's got child support he owes and I have no idea where he's living, he surely can't pay rent or for a hotel. His best bet at this point is to check himself into rehab with the Veterans Administration. I don't think he's smart enough to do that.

Don't forget the leveling effect of the great equalizer. Even a drunk man can shoot someone, as Min's 2nd Amendment thread proves every day. You just don't know who the drunk might actual hit.
