Woke at 3 am. Nose blocked completely, mouth drier than a Saharan Dust storm. Been up ever since. Last minute panic shopping - mainly food.

Have to cook for 8 people tonight. Feel like I have been run over.

Have to cook for 11 tomorrow.

My siblings will get their gifts after Christmas. I just realized the bank will be open only partially today, I have to watch my niece and nephew till the afternoon, and my debit card was one of the ones compromised at Target (no monies stolen) so I cannot simply walk to the store and get my siblings their booze presents. Oh well, they care more about the kids getting presents.

Well, you could always do what I did today - show up late and make up for it by leaving early.

Well, I actually do have something to do today: Hassle the County Building Department about telling me how much the fees are for the electrical permit I submitted for yesterday.

After I do that I'm going to work on knitting another octopus. (I did this guy the day before yesterday.)
