Yeah, but it's got to be that Gruyere cheese. Tiger makes the spreadable kind and I've only ever been able to find it down in Maryland.

I don't believe in Hell or eternal damnation, but combining the words Gruyère (*) and spreadable in one sentence, let alone one dish, must come close. That is just too much for my European sensibilities. What next? Grand Cru jell shots!? o.O

(*) I once drove across the swiss mountains to go there and worship at the altar of the world's greatest cheese. And visit HR Giger's museum of surrealist art, incidentally.

As usual. I'm still doing more than a few years ago though. My wife is now working full time, and she said this morning she wouldn't be able to do that without the support I'm giving from home such as taking care of all the animals.

Need to beg my parents for the money to do the next bookkeeping course.

I've had a long week.
This has been the majority of my vocal utterings-
Put that down, don't touch, leave him/her alone, listen to me when I talk to you, watch for cars, come back here, we're walking as a group, stop it right now, no more, that'll do, no you can't have something to eat...lunch/dinner is almost ready, don't hit him/her, stop fighting, keep it down, who keeps turning the tv up, cut it out, shoosh, what's this mess on the floor, why is he/she crying.

Don't get me wrong, there's been some-
I love you, well done, good boy/girl, nice to see you all sharing, that's great, I'm impressed with that, did you do that...wow, that's lovely, amazing.

But they have not made it easy. :-)
Tomorrow night I will be at home all by myself.
No doubt I will miss all four of them, my daughter, my niece and two nephews.
I'm so looking forward to it though. :-)

I'm actually grateful for temperatures in the 40s. I'm tired of the cold. Yesterday it was 32 and snowing and blowing when I went to the store. Brrrr.

I just realized this morning, they no longer broadcast AG reports in the morning. Probably replaced by computers and the internet. Oh well. Waking up and watching the news.
