Bike was outside for the whole weekend, soaking in rain....
Dried the seat, sat on it.... water came out of it... -.-'
Luckily the present rain isn't very heavy, so a jacket was enough to keep it at bay.
Hoping for a drier return home, later in the day...
Still raining here. Has been all day
So much for that jog I wanted to go on.

Sure "love" has so many meanings that it's an easy word to equivocate... but all of those meanings are nice

Coping but feeling pretty shit. Don't know why.
Could possibly be related to the treatment, itself. There does seem to be a correlation between immunosuppressant infusion drugs and depressive symptoms/mood swings; Especially when combined with steroids.
Or you could be feeling shit due to the simple fact that you have to put up with chronic illnesses; One alone's difficult enough to cope with.
Maybe it's a bit of both.
I'm sorry things are sucking so hard for you at the moment, Rob. I wish there was something I could do for you. You'll come through soon enough, though...You always do.
You're definitely much tougher than you look!

But seriously... I would carry around a plastic grocery bag for just such days. I would either cover the seat with it when I left the bike, or bike with the bag over the seat. I thought everyone knew to do that.

Yeah, it was elbows. He doth protest too much. (*)

Freaking out a bit, I learned that I either need to be out of my apartment by two weeks from Saturday or I'll have to pay rent through the end of May on top of the already onerous early termination fee.
I have 20 days to move and there's still a ton of work the current owner has to do before I can move in. Fortunately the current owner is my mother and so when she says it will be ready I trust her.
But still...

Can't you move some stuff in while the current owner does that work?
Or put stuff in storage for a few weeks?

Yes, people know to do that...
Some, however, forget to do it.
Last night, I remembered...and today had no wet seat problems.
