Going crazy today. Our instructor told us we had to pack "mock" state board kits for every procedure we would have had to do for our state boards, had they still been implemented. Since November 2015, they did away with the practicals portion of the test and everything is now just a computerized, mulitple choice test consisting of 135 questions. She wants us to have the feel of what it would have been like to have to prepare for those practicals.

This is driving me nuts because there are 13 seperate kits that need to be packed and I find myself having to purchase items that I don't need. She did supply some of these items, but some items we have to buy and it amounts to about $70 worth of extra "stuff".

We are on a tight budget and I don't have the funds to afford this "mock procedure" right now. I'm worrying about this when I should be studying for the remaining two exams we have in this curriculum. With three weeks left to go before we move on to the next curriculum, I'm letting this bug the shit out of me.

My first exam I got a 96% on. So far I have 100% attendance. I'll just keep plugging away, I suppose. Being in the senior classes is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. And I have a client coming in for a manicure this evening. Fun stuff lies ahead this evening.

Just saw my first pair of eagles for the season. Might have been a mating pair, they were vocalizing quite a bit.
