And wow I didn't think it would be so many flights, even being on the other side of The US to the Atlantic. I assumed you'd probably go Portland to New York and then New York to Portugal, or something like that

Hmm, fair enough. I'm not a fan of flying personally, especially the take off, so I'd hate having to do it 3 times.
Ngl I do love that landing though, seeing the city you're flying into from crazy high up. We flew in over London on a hot clear summer day coming back from Thailand in 2012. Oh my days, the view, breathtaking.
