Well, with time-zone differences, tomorrow is already today for me. Today (1:34 AM) is my Friday at work when I wake up at 11:30 AM to get ready for work.

Finally finished my work day, just in time to beat the rush. The morning rush. Day five of my vacation was a 20 hour day ending at 4 am. Ugh.

Fortunately, I've been allowed to slide my week off and am now looking at 11 days of instead of nine. Delayed gratification. Some things are worth waiting for.

Will leave a decoy pan out for my sons, and hide the other to take to family later...if I'm up for it.

If not, my sons will find themselves hurt, yet pleasantly surprised.

My broke mother-in-law is squawking about how I'm "obstinate" because of a certain paperwork issue I haven't filed yet. I'm being painted as a villain because we can't afford the nearly two thousand dollars in filing fees for this shit, like it's a choice that I'm making not to do it rather than a simple financial necessity.

It's like, bitch, when was the last time you'd even seen two thousand dollars in your bank account?

In lighter news, we're signing a lease on a much nicer place today, after being homeless for half a week. Rent's higher, but I guess we'll just tighten out belts on that one. Better than having to live with crazy.
