2001 3.8L v6, at a minimum the battery looks shot, and any gas in the tank needs to be dumped. I'm guessing that the fuel injectors will need to be cleaned, and since I have to drop the tank, I'm going to replace the fuel pump while I'm at it.

Oh, and I need to get the wasps nests out from under the fuel door. Tongue

Sounds like fun to me, CD. You might want to change the air filter while you're at it since it sat for so long. And the oil as well. Just my two cents.

I don't know about fun - I was going to have the shop do it, until they told me there was a $75 per gallon hazmat disposal fee on the half tank of gas that needs draining. Using highly advanced mathematical techniques not found on Earth, I determined that was a metric asston of money and I could use that dough for something else.

Fortunately the county waste transfer station takes hazmat from residential customers for free.

The only time the Nanners likes to cuddle is when there is a thunderstorm. There is a really loud one right now, so he's up in the bed with his head had under the covers, shaking. Poor boy.
