If you find yourself looking at the phone/tablet when you should be asleep, try using the night mode on your browser.
I've tried a few different browsers and like best the night mode on the Dolphin browser (android).
This white background doesn't help your body think it's night time.

Yeah I usually just put it down when I'm tired enough to sleep. I only picked it up because I've more or less given up on sleep. When I can't fall asleep after an hour or so, I'll get up for a bit to try and break the cycle. I've been up 4 times already.

It doesn't help that Kitty is hogging the bed again. :dodgy:
