Personally, I wish I could give them up. I am sure my daughters would like to go shopping for clothes with a dad who smells of aftershave and deodorant than an ashtray. Not only that, they gave me 10 years as of 18 months ago before I.....well, you know.

I am trying. I really am. If the stress in my life would go back to low levels, I could probably have success.

The more you think about it, the more stress you will have. As a smoker and have been since the age of 15, I have found that as I have got older, the will to give up is much easier than when I was younger.
