Before and after a 5 mile trail run. I've finally calmed down (and eaten, because HANGRY) to the point of being able to go take a shower.

I got picked on a bit earlier about my weight and weight-related anxiety and it didn't make for a great day. Now at least I'm too tired to give a fuck. So I'm going to go get that shower. Or at least soak in the bottom of it. Don't know if I have the energy to stand.
