Kicking back and relaxing after an evening of (very) odd jobs:
  • Blog update to write a memorial for the last of My cats, who died on Tuesday night. Sad
  • Sorted through the pile of loose recipes in the kitchen looking for the roti paratha recipe, found 3 different ones, and just found a recipe for the Jamaican version ("Buss Up Shut Roti") online.  Kind of counter-intuitive to print out a recipe titled "Buss Up Shut Roti Made Easy!" and end up with 14 pages, but it sounds like what I'm aspiring to make.  Now I need to find some goat (fresh stewing meat would be nice, rather than the bony frozen stuff I usually see in the store), and we're rocking.
  • Did a bit of sewing, as I recently transitioned from a White Robe mage to a Red Robe and needed new threads.  (Apparently the Gods of Magic have had a pool running since My Test in 1999.  They've been expecting Me to change Orders all along, as one of the first things I said post-Test was "You're giving Me white?" Huh2)
