I just stood on and squashed two flies that were fucking.
That's how mean I can be.
Just a word of warning to any who might want to mess with me.
I'm cold to the bone.

Speaking of shitfaced, I am watching my YouTube accent tags---at .5 speed. I sound drunk and even more miserable.

Went to Saturday morning band practice, came home and worked on a loaf of bread (only 1 more rising before I can bake it -- this is serious bread!) and did some window insulation.
Around 8 p.m., when the bread is finished baking, I'm going out for coffee.

We got another dog on Sunday (pit/Australian shepherd [?] mix) -- a rescue. The poor girl is in rough shape: hook worms, heart worm, underweight, a skin condition. So we've been pampering her all week with TLC, good food, and of course much needed medicine. She was understandably skittish the first few days but has finally settled down and seems to understand she is home and safe. A real sweetheart!
Anyway, just got back indoors after taking the two dogs out for a walk. I'm about to give them baths, let them wear each other out with their usual evening tussle, and then with any luck be able to get a couple hours' peace to finish watching the BBC production of Bleak House I checked out of the library.

Good luck with the new addition.
I saw that production, I think. Does it have Gillian Anderson in it? It was pretty good!

Stop counting friends! They aren't sheep.
