What's everyone up to right now?

Unexpected free afternoon -- We had a power outage at work and everyone got sent home for the rest of day. So far I've done some paperwork to start to wrap up my late aunt's estate; did a load of laundry; and did some plastering in the living room.
Planning to head out to buy some embroidery floss, and one more box of plaster. 
Wolfing down an order of buffalo hot wings.

Now embroidering a border on the hood of my red robes. I've worked embroidery before, but this time I decided to RTFM and found a good web page with instructions on how to do some of the more common stitches.
(Not surprisingly, I'm getting much better results than I do when I just wing it.)
