Spent most of the day at the biannual Community Band Festival in Pinawa, Manitoba.
When I got home I unpacked a couple of shipments of computer parts that my daughter ordered and checked them against the invoices, and will probably start (and possibly even finish) assembling the system later this evening.

I used to be drawn into it, but first they fired a favorite creator of mine, and then a realized how mindnumbing some of the content ideas were. I guess I like some of the creators and some of BUZZFEED's branding, but other things could use changing.
Right now, listening to my Spotify weekly list, and pinning a recipe for an "egg roll bowl", something I was pondering earlier today, wondering if it even existed. Lo and behold, my aunt found it.

So, yeah, I'm still alive.
Barely.
Sick, again.
Working like crazy.
My best friend just bought the condo above mine (which means the assholes upstairs have moved out!!!!!!) so I'm helping her fix it up.
My dreams of a bathroom remodel still dance in my head but took a little step forward a few weeks ago when I finally tore out the fans that sounded like 747s and put in ones that you actually CAN'T hear in my living room.
Also, dragged my sick ass outta bed and went to the science march in Portland.
