Sitting on a ship in Gulfport, MS (I don't recommend it), waiting for the Customs and Border Protection officers to get here to process my entrance/clearance and to review the crewmen's passports and shore passes.
The drive here prompted a question: why the hell are there so many damn radio stations that play exactly the same garbage I was sick of in high school? No one consulted me when they decided that fucking Human League and other similar '80s garbage qualifies as "oldies classics". I'm 50, not dead. Play some new stuff. Turn me onto something amazing. Lazy bastards.

Practised clarinet for a while, and then did some renovation work. (You know you're doing it right when you use up all the wood you cut for the day's work without having to re-cut any of it, and had exactly enough construction adhesive in the tube.)
