Just watched Ghost in the machine ...not bad...
A million times better than the latest blade runner anyway.
Time for bed.

Just emptied an entire can of spray-foam insulation into various spots around my office and study.
(By the way, would anyone like a dozen live ladybugs? They sneaked into the house through a gap in the exterior wood sheathing and had been lurking in a strip of Fiberglas insulation next to one of the windows.)

A NASCAR race.
Trying to decide on lunch (veal crepe, maybe?), and whether to go see this:

Had more surgery stress dreams last night.
Doing laundry, watching a stupid movie and about to head over to my parents house to watch the last USWNT game of the year.

Reading articles on Science Based Medicine about breast cancer and its associated quackery.
After reading this one I want to go give all my doctors hugs:
https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/death-b...-to-blame/
A woman in her early 30s with a small (1cm) palpable breast mass gets it checked out, is diagnosed with breast cancer and then splits town for three years to pursue "alternative" medicine. She comes back 3 years later with a 5-6cm tumor that has adhered to the chest wall and is ulcerating through her skin now. And is still (at the time of the article) refusing conventional treatment.
I need to read happier stuff.

Just learned that my girlfriend's ex showed up to his contempt trial with every dime he owes her in child support.
Case dismissed, and that loser is finally out of our lives.

You can't control the lives of idiots.
But yes, read happier materials. Don't get into denial but you don't need negativity in your life right now.
