What's everyone up to right now?

I'm shortly about to be asked by a certain person to disappear and stop existing again while someone else is around, until I'm needed afterwards. Good thing I'm used to it.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Good luck in American, Stimbo! I mean that 100% sincerely! I'm kind of jealous! But you more than deserve it because I may be barely able to function (I couldn't live in America no matter how much I want to) but I haven't been suicidally depressed in a few years now. Swings and roundabouts and all that jazz. I certainly don't envy your depression. Just your ability to actually do stuff with your life (like move to and live in America).

I left the birdcage door open accidentally, came back a few hours later and three doves were gone, only one left.
Searched for them and found two separate piles of feathers. Felt incredibly guilty, I'm supposed to be their protector and the horrible way they died. Cat, I think, all my fault. Watering the garden later and the last female dove landed on my shoulder, she'd got away but lost her mate and son. Put her back in with the other female and she went straight over and broke the other females two last eggs. Life's fucking cruel sometimes. |
