So... on first look, you have a function of X, so let's start with the whole Real domain and see where things break.

Things should break when you divide by zero (but the numerator, on top, is not zero), so that the result is not determined (what we usually call infinity).

The guy on bottom is zero when x+2=0, or when x = -2.

That makes f(2) = (-2+1)/(-2+2) = -1/0, which checks out as an invalid point, where f(x) loses meaning.
Any other?..... doesn't look like it, so.... your domain is simply ℝ, except {-2}, or ]-∞ , -2[ ∪ ]-2, +∞[

guh. I meant -2. Lots of ways to make that expression; yours looks good. I've been required to use the hole symbolism in the past. I like the one they are requiring, since putting a hole on the number line is pretty ambiguous.

I've had to do that as well and I agree.

Needed some straps to hold my cross-country skis together at the ends to make them easier to carry to and from the car. Couldn't be arsed to drive to the closest ski store. Found some leftover sewing stuff (canvas, bias tape, Velcro) and made a pair. Skis are happy and so am I.

Reading up on the 60% tax the state of Washington wants to put on vaping supplies and equipment. It'll be a bad, bad thing for local vaping business and Wash. state vapers.

Huge sigh of relief - the spot on my brother's liver that was detected by CT scan was revealed by today's MRI to simply be fat. While a fatty liver isn't a good thing, it's a hell of a lot better than cancer.
