Fixed a loose bathroom tap, hung out at a coffee shop, did some reading, played a lot of clarinet, read some more.

Delivered a painting for a show, and since that involved mailing it driving to the beach, I went to the beach.  

Mr. A and I got a beautiful country drive complete with a double rainbow coming home; lunch out; a three mile beach walk; and a couple of good cappuccinos.    We came home and had cheese, Swedish meatballs, veggies, and salad for dinner.  The only unhappy family member was the dog, who is too anti-social for the beach.  Poor critter.

The orange streets are statistically the most powerful.

Did you buy the railroads? Apparently they're even better than the orange properties when it comes to bringing in the money... they're the best investment in the game when it comes to a positive profit... however they're not enough to win the game because you can't really bust anyone with them.

Apparently railroads are the best way to food your houses and cope with fines or anything else like that.

Also, apparently never building any more than 3 houses on each property is the sweet spot as it gives the best investment. Although I assume that's for good properties like red and orange... and not for properties like brown. Surely brown is so cheap and shitty that you have to put hotels on them or they're pretty damn useless. Although I haven't yet read anything about anything more than 3 houses per property being a good idea but I know that 3 houses are a sweet spot. I'm just trying to use my lack of common sense here. Which despite lacking isn't absent so I should hence make the most use of it.

P.S. I should mention that whilst railroads are a fantastic investment and it's great to get all 4 of them... utilities fucking suck.

Back from taking the sex assault victim to the atty. The guy stays in jail for now (no bond), no probation offer (that's what the defense wanted), is being offered a plea deal on assault, terroristic threats and witness tampering (caught on tape) with a 4 to 6 year prison sentence recommendation and sex offender registration. If the deal is rejected then court on 4-17.
